An alarm is included in the EX-L so why add an additional module which virtually duplicates the OEM alarm? The KARR system is useless. I think all it adds is a shock sensor. I would ask for a refund and the removal of the alarm. They have a KARR (third party) security technician that removed it for me, free of charge. Instead of leaving the holes open, they just rescrewed the two screws back on, covering the holes. The dealer advised that there is no other alarm system that comes standard, and they don't install them at the dealership. Starting to think that we are both referring to the same thing, and the alarm is just manufactured by Karr for FCA, just like Bestop manufactures soft tops for FCA.I'd say buy the car and unplug the Karr box.
